During 90 s i used draw pictures till midnight 12 some times 2 am .It It learned me patience and concentration on work. At present I sleep only two or three times per a week because of my mother's severe illness. I do everything even injections, sylion bottles and bandages. My fine arts hobby during 90s gave me more patience

I think many people like to listen to music or watch some art on tv or online in their free time ( yes, they do that actually to relax their mind) but when a family member, child or teenager has an artistic talent, still many families are not open to pursue. They even can bring you down saying this is all nonsense, its a waste of time etc… so not everyone is open to pursue art, it is sad because, what would the world be without ART and MUSIC… We dont want to imagine that.

Dr Nene , can you make video on height increase.. what supplements food excercise can help them grow.. my child is 14.5.. no growth from last 1 year
